Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SceneCraft: AI Motion Studio (“SceneCraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Android application identified by package name com.scenecraft.studio.
SceneCraft provides AI-assisted video creation with style steering and motion brushing. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
SceneCraft is intended to help you explore and create AI-generated video from creative directions, style instructions, and motion guidance. Features, output formats, availability, and technical limits may change as the app is updated. The exact commercial features, account requirements, and payment model have not been confirmed for this draft.
2. Your content and permission to process it
You retain whatever rights you have in content, prompts, instructions, or other materials that you submit. You give SceneCraft a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, analyze, and process those materials only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, subject to the actual data practices disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required to submit content and to use, publish, or share any resulting output. You should review generated content before relying on it or distributing it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use SceneCraft lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- submit content without the permission or lawful basis required to use it;
- create or distribute content intended to defraud, harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully impersonate another person;
- create sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors, or facilitate harm to a minor;
- use generated content to mislead people about material facts or a person’s actions without appropriate context or consent;
- interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass safeguards of the app or its supporting systems;
- use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity; or
- help another person do any of the above.
4. AI-generated results
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. SceneCraft does not guarantee that a result will be unique, factually correct, free of errors, or available in a particular style or motion. You are responsible for checking results and obtaining any disclosures, permissions, or clearances needed before using or sharing them.
5. Intellectual property
SceneCraft and its underlying software, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your submitted content to us. Rights in generated results may depend on your inputs, applicable law, third-party materials, and the technical process used to create them; we make no broader ownership promise in this draft than the rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, access, or generated-output availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, preservation of every project, or that the service will remain available in every location.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a security issue. You may stop using SceneCraft at any time. Any account-deletion process, if accounts are introduced, will be described in the app or related documentation; the actual process is not confirmed in this draft.
8. Payments
No specific subscription, in-app purchase, credit, refund, or payment terms are included because the app’s payment model has not been confirmed. If paid features are introduced, the applicable price, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase and supplemented by the relevant platform’s terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SceneCraft and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service. Any additional limitation, liability cap, or consumer-rights exception must be reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction before publication.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
No governing law, venue, or dispute-resolution terms are specified in this draft because the responsible legal entity and applicable jurisdiction have not been confirmed. Those terms should be added only after review by qualified legal counsel.
